This is a 'pic' of us kids back in 1959 at Christmas.
In less than ten years, we had dispursed. It was rare
that we would ever come together again.
That's me, the little guy on the left. Behind me is
my sister LaNor. She was a wonderful sister. She always called
me on my birthday. I love you LaNor, I will miss you and
your silly jokes.

Bill, I am so sorry! She was young. I lost my brother when he was 27 to cancer. I feel for you so much. *hug* Cyndi
Your family looks a lot like mine...only bigger. I just had one brother and he is also in Heaven. Siblings are so wonderful....though......we don't really know that at the time. LaNor was young...Heartfelt condolences to you {{{{{{{Bill!}}}}}}}}}}}!
OMG ....a 24x36 wool rug for $1.66!?
Thank you Cyndi, Thank you Celeste.
I'll be flying to Arizona today to see family. Tuesday will be LaNor's funeral.
LaNor was always fun. She showed me how to rebel and be tuff.
She was an Elvis fan, but I never held that against her. In fact before she moved to Arizona, she gave me all of her Elvis records to
take care of.
"Did you ever have one of those days boy" was my favorite song back then.
LaNor is survived by Husband John, eldest son John, second son James, and youngest daughter Amy.
I will comfort them as best I can. There is little comfort when loosing your mother, loosing your wife.
To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord. That's scrpture, I'm not sure of it's address, but all scripture is comfort. All scripture is trueth.
Thinking of you and yours, Bill! (LaNor was so right about Elvis...he was such a talent. I especially loved his Gospel songs!) Godspeed, LaNor!
My condolences, Bill.
This is so sad Bill, heartfelt condolences!
