We, (Cliff & me) regulared this place years ago. Aross the street from Bullwinkles, (now closed) We ran a sign shop under the 35W bridge that collapsed, a few years back. Those were rough times ..
I spent lots of time at Seven Corners- that's where the old karate dojo used to be located- when did Bullwinkle's close? I guess change is not all bad- that area is more gentrified now, and it did use to be pretty rough. I miss the New Riverside Cafe though!
